Hello everyone, we are contuining to talking about last part of The Necessity of Child Education in The Family. Before, we try to look at how to approach our children in family education. Now if we assume child education is not enough, what is the importance of family experience for our childreen. Let's examine this under a few subheadings.
THE EXPERIENCE OF BEING A FAMILY CAN ONLY BE GAINED IN A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT.
There are some obligations that come with being a family (responsibilities in household chores, things to be careful about in relations with relatives, things to pay attention to in relations with neighbors, approaches to family problems, etc.). What these are and how they should be fulfilled can only be learned by seeing and gaining habit. A child who has not been exposed to family education cannot learn these things properly. As a result, the family structure he will establish will not be strong. This is the reason why today's new couples have poor family and relative relationships.
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IS BEST GIVEN IN THE FAMILY.
Children can receive the best religious education in the family. Because religious life is not just about dry information. There is love for God, respect for God, tears shed for the love of God, prayers spread to every area of the day, prayers performed with writhing, prayers made sincerely. These can only be learned by experiencing them. This can only be given properly in a family environment where even the most intimate things are experienced together.
CULTURE AND CULTURAL VALUES ARE GIVEN IN THE FAMILY ENVIRONMENT.
The place where culture lives most vividly is the family. Children deprived of education in this environment are alienated from their culture. This is the reason why generations whose identity is unknown are growing up today.
THE IMPACT ON THE CHILD HAS SHIFT TO THE VIRTUAL WORLD.
The virtual world is useful if we can control it. This control can only be provided by parents. Otherwise, we will throw our own children into the fire with our own hands.
INCREASE OF MATERIAL OPPORTUNITIES AND DECREASE OF SPIRITUALITY;
Nowadays, financial opportunities have increased. However, there is no institution other than the family that can provide training on how to utilize these opportunities. Increasing financial resources, if not used correctly, will destroy both the world and the afterlife of a person. In order to avoid this situation, the child must be made aware and educated. In today's conditions, this can only be done in a family environment.
At the same time, the opportunities and conditions to provide spiritual education have decreased considerably. Children are handed over to foreign hands from birth. The spiritual education we want to give to our children is not provided adequately in the places we deliver. The best place to give spiritual education is the family.
For these reasons, the child's education should primarily be given at home. As parents, we should know our duties in this regard and look for ways to fulfill them. Because we took on this responsibility by getting married and having children, and we will be held accountable for it.
